The project involved a 19,000-square-foot facility designed to supply thermal utilities to multiple buildings within the plant, playing a critical role in supporting core infrastructure operations.
Advenser’s scope included the development of detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD, focusing on a façade system that incorporated structural glazed curtainwalls, thermal storefronts, and custom doors—balancing both performance and aesthetics.
This industrial project presented a unique challenge, offering a distinct design approach compared to conventional commercial or residential structures.
