The Saint John hospital project was a scan to BIM project which involved in developing 3D model of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems inside the hospital chiller plant from point cloud scan data.The scope of work also required Advenser to model mechanical equipment light fixtures, electrical panels

Advenser provided end-to-end MEP services for a water treatment plant project for Total Energy Management. Our scope included Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Process pipe 3D modelling, coordination, shop drawings, and spool drawings for process pipes.

Fontaine Central Energy Plant & Utilities

The Fontaine Central Energy Plant, an approximately 19,000-square-foot building to provide thermal utilities to buildings within the Fontaine Research Park playing a key role in supporting the university's infrastructure.Advenser’s involvement included the creation of detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD.
